Jennifer Morgan

For the past 15 years, I’ve dedicated my career to working with children and families, serving as an educator, school counselor, and advocate for at-promise youth.

Beyond the school system, I’ve worked in the non-profit sector, supporting some of the most vulnerable children, including incarcerated and trafficked minors. I’ve helped kids in crisis regain a sense of stability and safety, teaching them life skills, self-protection, and resilience. My background in financial services has also allowed me to empower families with financial security and preparedness, ensuring they’re protected in every aspect of life.

Now, as a stay-at-home mompreneur, my mission is to equip moms with the same life-saving skills I’ve taught kids for years; helping moms feel prepared, confident, and in control so they can spend more quality time with their children.

I am first and foremost a father. But I am also a former police officer and domestic violence detective, specializing in strangulation cases, and a certified SWAT operator. In addition to my law enforcement background, I am a Strength and Conditioning Coach, FBINAA Resilience Train-the-Trainer, Wim Hof Method Instructor, and Performance Breathing Coach. Through the Mighty Mom Manual, I help new moms navigate the challenges of emergency and crisis situations. I do this by providing practical solutions, offering moms the skills to manage high-stress moments with confidence and clarity. My unique combination of tactical experience and wellness expertise ensures that moms are prepared, resilient, and empowered to protect themselves and their families.
